REHABILITATION IN 2011

The target area for restoration is about 1,258 hectares covering rehabilitation area within protection and conservation zone at North Ulu Segama Forest Reserve. However, only 1,139 ha or 90.58% was successfully planted due to insufficient of funds, capacity of contractor in particular number of employee, weather condition and availability of suitable seedlings.The planting achievement is shown in table as follows:
